Iain qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1988 before joining Whitecroft plc where he gained over 10 years experience in commercial and residential property development.
He joined Evans Property Group as Development Director in 2004 and has extensive knowledge in the acquisition, management and delivery of development projects gained during his time at Morrison Developments (part of Morrison Construction Group plc), Redrow Commercial Developments (part of Redrow plc) and latterly as Regional Development Director at AWG Developments (part of AWG plc).
Iain is responsible for initiating new development projects which will create income generation for the Group together with managing Business Living Ltd, part of Evans Property Group which develops high quality business units for sale or lease.
