She is currently Grosvenor Estate's Retail Strategist, a position she took up in May 2003. Previously she worked for CB Hillier Parker for 25 years, where she was Head of Retail. Within Grosvenor she has responsibility for the group's retail property, focusing particularly on retail positioning and leasing within the £3 billion development programme.
In 2004, she was appointed a Crown Estate Commissioner, following many years as a strategic advisor on the regeneration of Regent Street. She is a Member of New West End Company and a Member of the Shadow Board of the National Retail Skills Academy.
