Francis Salway is Chief Executive of Land Securities Group PLC, a FTSE100 company with a market capitalisation of £7 billion. Its property activities are focused on London offices, retail and property outsourcing.
Francis was previously an Investment Director at Standard Life Investments where, for a period of 8 years, he managed their two unit linked property funds, one of which was awarded Micropal Standard & Poor’s 1st place for 5 year performance. Prior to this, he undertook a year’s research at the College of Estate Management, culminating in the publication of a book titled ‘Depreciation of Commercial Property’.
Francis is Vice President of the British Property Foundation, member of the Management Board of EPRA and member of the Employers’ Forum on Disability President’s Group.
