Nick Ridley is President of the British Council for offices and has 28 years of office agency and strategic advisory experience. He has extensive experience in development advisory, with clients including British Land, Land Securities, Intercontinental Hotels and ING, among others, and with international project experience he has extensive expertise and knowledge in office investment and development. Nick led the CB Hillier Parker team that won Property Week Office Agency Team of the Year in 2002.
