Gerald Kaye is 50. He graduated from Reading University in 1979 and started his career at Knight Frank and Rutley. In 1984 he joined London and Edinburgh Trust Plc where he specialised in office development. He became a Director in 1989. In 1992 he moved to Brussels as Chief Executive of SPP.LET NV, responsible for investment and development activity across seven countries in Europe.
In 1994 he was appointed Development Director of Helical Bar Plc. In the last 10 years he has been responsible for a completed development programme of over 2 million square feet, mainly of office space.
The current and future programme is in excess of 3 million sq ft and includes a major urban regeneration project at White City, London W12.
Gerald is a Trustee of The Prince’s Regeneration Trust and is a member of the Board of Management of the British Council for Offices.
