The MAPIC EG Retail Awards 2008 recognise excellence in retail property during the year. Organised by Estates Gazette and MAPIC, this is the property event in Cannes during MAPIC.
The 2008 MAPIC EG Retail Awards took place on 20 November at the Hotel Martinez in Cannes, where the nine winners were announced during a gala evening.
Entries were invited in the following categories:
• Retail success story of the year
• Best concept of the year
• Developer of the year
• Best shopping centre of the year
• Consultant of the year
• Best eco-initiative of the year
• Urban regeneration initiative of the year
The winners were selected by an international panel of expert judges.
The remaining two categories were not open for entries.
