Gary is co-founder of Wilson James Ltd, which provides a range of support services to industry, commerce and government, including construction logistics, consolidation centres, security and consultancy.  Wilson James Ltd employs over 1,700 people nationwide.

Gary is also Chairman of the Thames Gateway South Essex Partnership, a Board member of Renaissance Southend and Chairman of the Essex Olympic Working Group.
