Tobias Simon joined Invesco Real Estate (IRE) in 2001, where he was responsible for
co-ordinating the investment and asset management activities of German institutional capital investing in the UK. In 2002, he became responsible for managing two closed-ended funds investing in the UK.
Prior to joining IRE, Tobias worked within the Retail Banking Division of HypoVereinsbank, starting in 1996, initially providing investment advice for high net worth individuals and then focusing on real mortgage finance for retail and small to medium sized corporates.
Tobias’s professional and educational qualifications include a degree (diploma) in Business
Administration from the University of Applied Sciences in Banking and Finance, Frankfurt.
