Peter Schuijlenburg

Peter Schuijlenburg is vice president, general manager, Germany for AMB Property Corporation. He is responsible for managing our growing Germany portfolio.
Prior to joining AMB, Schuijlenburg served for five years as a national director for Jones Lang LaSalle in Frankfurt where he was responsible for building and running the industrial investment business in Germany. As a key member of JLL’s European Capital Markets Industrial Team, he advised on industrial transactions valuing more than €500 million. Previous to that, he served in both Amsterdam and the Wiesbaden headquarters of DePfa-Bank AG (now known as Aareal Bank AG), one of the leading providers of real estate financial services. During the last two years at Aareal Bank AG, he was procurist and head of the Dutch desk. In this capacity, Schuijlenburg was also a founding member of the International Logistics Finance Department, the DePfa Academy and co-headed the Belgium and Luxembourg loan desk. He holds a Master’s degree in law from the University of Leiden, The Netherlands and is fluent in Dutch, English and German.
